Welcome to our website. Since 2007, DEA West Wales has been providing EPCs for residential properties throughout West and Mid Wales, making us one of the longest established Energy Assessment businesses in the area.
Owner and operator, Paul Chapman, is an accrediated Domestic Energy Assessor with Elmhurst Energy Systems and has maintained a flawless reputation for quality of service, reliability and professionalism throughout this period.
A comprehensive, quality service
We pride ourselves on offering the highest standard of service to all our clients. We are fully accredited and insured, allowing us to offer clients complete peace of mind. We offer our domestic EPC services to private home sellers, estate agents, solicitors, private and social housing landlords.
Our geographical range covers Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. We are, undoubtedly, one of the most experienced independent local providers of EPCs.
What we do and our credentials
We provide EPCs and Floor Plans for existing domestic properties. We do not offer conveyancing deals, with supposedly 'free' EPCs, photography, brochures or any other gimmicks. Remember, you get what you pay for, nothing comes for free!
Via associates, Helyg Energy Services, we can also provide new-build (OCEPCs) and commercial EPCs.
By concentrating on this and gaining a reputation second to none, we have been official providers of EPCs to Tai Ceredigion and Tai Canref Housing Associations since 2008. We are fully independent, with no ties to any other company, ensuring a totally unbiased, honest service.
Pricing
Standard price for an EPC including Floor Plans is £60 for an average 1-4 bedroom property. This is a fully inclusive price, with no VAT to be added. Larger properties, POA please.
